Nursing Program If you're considering an undergraduate Nursing degree, joining Army ROTC can enhance your leadership skills and critical-thinking abilities while providing financial support to help make your professional goals a reality. Being a Nurse in the Army provides you with opportunities not found in the civilian world. As an Army Nurse and Officer, you will have the respect of your peers and coworkers, as well as opportunities to train and serve in a variety of specialties. Army ROTC and Undergraduate Nursing Nurse Scholarships Nurse Incentive Program In addition to scholarships for qualified nursing students, the Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) is offering cash bonuses as part of its Nurse Incentive Program. And, once you graduate, receive a commission in the Army Nurse Corps and pass the National Council of State Board of Nursing Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN), you'll be guaranteed a job as a nurse and an active duty Officer, a leader in today's Army. The Nurse Incentive Program has two phases:
The Nurse Incentive Program is offered to qualified nursing students and eligible ROTC cadets. If you are already a nurse cadet, you do not have to be on an Army ROTC scholarship to receive the incentive. ROTC offers two-, three- and four-year scholarships worth up to $68,000 and a tax-free stipend worth up to $4,000 per year.
